is a spouse, significant other, friend, or adult child who is not in an industry-category related occupation. A co-worker or an associate within the industry may not use the guest registration. GUEST registration includes access to the exhibition hall, honors luncheon, and closing event. Each GUEST must register with a FULL Conference attendee. If a GUEST wishes to attend any educational programming, he/she must register for the FULL conference.

This registration includes attendance at pre-conference seminars, seminar food functions, and access to exhibition hall on Sunday, September 9, 2012.  The pre-conference seminars will focus on Environmental Affairs, Legal Affairs, Operations & Technical Affairs, and Business Information Technology.

CANCELLATIONS, SUBSTITUTIONS AND REFUND POLICIESAND REFUND POLICIES
All cancellations must be received in writing at ACI-NA no later than 5 pm Eastern time August 6, 2012. Registration fees, minus a $100 per person processing fee, will be refunded after the conference has concluded if the cancellation notice is received by the deadline date. No refunds will be issued for any reason for cancellations received after August 6, 2012.
